Getting To Know Me...

I grew up with my mother always taking pictures of me, so I’ve been used to being around cameras. I have found that I have a natural eye in photography. I can look at a scene and see a photograph in it as if my eyes are the camera, itself. I don’t usually edit my photographs for multiple reasons: being unique, beautiful, and effortless.

I love photography and enjoy it so much more when I do it for myself. I like natural looking photographs because I love seeing everything at its purest and natural form. I also love that EVERY photograph is unique and that moment you can never get back, but that photograph, if taken care of, will last a lifetime, if not forever. Like everyone says, a picture tells a thousand words.

My photographs are usually landscapes and focus mostly on the following: the woods, scenic landscapes, rural life, animals, and some sports photography. I do not take pictures to try to show or prove a certain point, issue, or deeper meaning. They usually just show the natural beauty of something I saw or a moment I experienced. I aim for my photographs to be displayed and enjoyed as a form of decor and beauty.
